Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A receipt must be shown for return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of your package being returned (delivered) to us.
This time period includes the time it takes us to inspect the item and process your return once we receive it and the time it takes our bank and your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping - Australia Only
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If the knife's availability is noted as being "In Stock. In Australia" - the knife is right here on the shelves ready for immediate shipping. We hold a large range of the fastest selling knives right here in Australia.
If the knife's availability is noted as being "Delivery within 7 days" - or something equally as clear the knife will, barring any unforeseen circumstances and not including weekends, be with you within the stipulated time. This is usually stock that we have ordered specially, stock that is inbound or items that have been re-ordered. Most items with delayed delivery ship for FREE.
If for any reason there is a delay in delivery we will contact you with a reason, an ETA and any other options that we deem necessary to remedy the situation.
