Kershaw Natrix Folder 2.75in Stonewash Plain Copper Handle - LIMITED EDITION
The Kershaw Natrix is based on brother brand Zero Tolerance’s 0770, which itself was inspired by the award-winning ZT 0777. This knife features a drop-point blade that offers solid performance. But also, offers upgraded D2 blade steel. This high-carbon tool steel is highly wear resistant, tough, and offers excellent edge retention. The stonewashed finish on the blade goes perfectly with its intriguing copper handles. Since copper is denser than stainless steel, this smaller knife has some heft. Accessed with built-in flipper, Kershaw KVT ball-bearing opening makes it easy to open the knife one-handed. An oversized pivot provides an attention-grabbing detail on the front of the knife, while Kershaw patented Sub-Frame Lock secures the blade and provides a dramatic, contrasting line on the back. A decorative backspacer adds another embellishment. Finally a custom-designed deep-carry pocketclip echoes the lines of a special recess machined into the handle to complete this good-looking knife.

Okay the Kershaw Natrix copper is a lovely EDC folder. D2 steel!
The size, the deep carry pocket clip has perfect position (disappears in pocket), even the weight are all fantastic. No blade play, smooth flip action, with okay ergo's and gimping. The Copper scales are really something wonderful, I cant weight for the patina. But finish on the copper was a little wanting. Clear milling marks on show side of copper scale, right down the length on it. Hoping with the patina and general use they with become less noticeable. Some small divots out of the top of the the copper along spin kinda on the inside, small but noticeable, For $100 for a small 3 inch was expecting a little more polish on finish.
But it's a cool knife! Now I just need to buy more copper EDC items to go with it.
